SAIT s.r.l. proceeded with the design and implementation of an organization, management and control model according to Legislative Decree 231/2001, approved on December 27th, 2012. From the system point of view, it is essential to communicate the code of ethics adopted by SAIT s.r.l., in order to prevent the recipients, albeit in good faith, in the interest or to the advantage of the company, from violating principles or regulatory provisions that the Company defines as mandatory and therefore from committing the types of crimes envisaged by Legislative Decree 231/ 01. Recipients are required to know the contents of the Code, to contribute to its implementation and to the dissemination of the principles developed therein, promoting compliance also by all those with whom they maintain relationships; the rules contained in the Code integrate the behavior that the recipients are required to observe by virtue of the civil and criminal laws in force, and the obligations established by the collective bargaining agreement.
